Trip to Seattle and Cannon Beach...

Here are the pictures from our 5-day trip to Seattle and Cannon Beach. We went to the Emergency Room in Redmond (Seattle) during that time with Brandon's kidney stone. He is better now, thank God!

Friday...

Today is Brandon's first day back at work. And he will have a long day, not getting home until around 8 pm tonight. :-( But, I'm glad he is feeling better finally! Thank God! He still doesn't think he's passed the kidney stone pieces. This has been his hardest episode. He usually feels better right away after a procedure. This time, it took 3 days for him to feel better.

Thanks for the prayers. We are both at work today. :-)

Brandon Update...

They did the lithotripsy and it was successful. However, the doctor thinks he was only able to break it in half or into fourths. Brandon was disappointed with that report. He was hoping it would just disintegrate. He's actually been in some pain tonight because he thinks he's in the process of passing the "pieces." The stone was 4 mm. If the stone is now in halves, 2 mm stones are still substantial to pass. He's going to take off tomorrow, also. He was hoping to go back to work, but he's decided to stay home & rest. We haven't had much sleep in the last week. I'm glad he's staying home. Please pray for him a little longer... Thank you!!! God is good!

Pray for my husband today...

Brandon goes to the hospital at 11 am today for his pre-op. He is having lithotripsy done to break up a kidney stone. He has suffered with stones for 14 years. Currently, he has 10 stones in his left kidney and 3 in the right. The one that is blocking the ureter right now is the largest at 4 mm.

He has been in A LOT of pain. I will be so glad when he receives relief!
